Please put the return address listed above on the outside of the sealed package. If you no longer have your packing slip, please put all of the information on a separate sheet of paper including your order number and mailing address along with the item description to: Colonial Candle Returns Department, 32057 64th Avenue, Cannon Falls, MN 55009On credit card replacements or exchanges, the replacement or exchange will be sent.
